Dong Ding is one of the most famous Taiwanese oolong tea. Its history begins in 1860's, when the original tea trees were brought from China's Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province. Climate of Nantou county gives unique opportunity to grow highest quality tea. Dong Ding is low-oxidized but high roasted tea with helps to keep twice more vitamins and minerals.

How to brew dongding oolong tea?
Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp oolong tea, pour small amount of boiling water into the tea and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 85-95°C (185-205°F) and cover tea pot for 3-5 minutes, and then enjoy.
